We’ve all seen the classic blockbuster film, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. The very title causes one’s pulse to quicken and the craving for popcorn to intensify. The film has man-eating ants, swordfights between two people balanced on the backs of speeding jeeps, subterranean caverns of gold, vicious femme fatales, plunges down three waterfalls in a row, and action – lots of action. And it has Crystal Skulls.
Crystal skulls are becoming more popular lately and many of you may wonder exactly what is it about these carved objects that has been exciting the attention of so many people.

Crystal skulls are not uncommon or terribly mysterious. Thousands are produced every year in Brazil, China, and Germany, but there are a handful of them that have fueled intense interest and controversy among archaeologists, scientists, spiritualists, and museum officials.
One of the most compelling mysteries of all time is the conspiracy of the 13 Crystal Skulls. Many of these skulls have been found around mysterious places throughout the world including the Great Pyramids and the Stonehenge. Many believe the skulls are between 5000 and 35,000 years old and these skulls possess magical powers and healing properties.
