Making Sense of Mindfulness - Keith Macpherson

In his book, Making Sense of Mindfulness, Keith introduces his five-step framework which unpackages the buzz word “mindfulness”, and teaches readers how to practically integrate easy to follow steps into every day life. These changes assist in deepening ones awareness of the present moment, making it easier to listen to the intuition that flows through our unconscious minds. Keith attained his certified coach designation (CPCC) through The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and is also a certified leadership coach with The Leadership Circle. His vast knowledge and experience in the world of mindfulness and leadership, has helped position him as a global teacher on how to establish a workplace culture that is both healthy and effective. He also holds a Bachelor of Education degree.

As a professional speaker, Keith has spent over twenty years sharing his wisdom throughout Canada, The United States of America , Mexico, Africa, Dubai and Great Britain. He has been highly sought after by many reputable organizations, to help improve moral and implement meaningful changes to positively impact corporate culture.
